Ingredients: Dabur Chyawanprash is made with 100% pure ingredients. The herbal potent is made with 41 exotic herbs. This includes

Dosage: For Adults and Children (>12 Years):  1 teaspoonful (about 12 grams) twice daily, or as suggested by an expert. Children (3-12 Years): 1/2 teaspoonful (about 6 grams) twice a day, or as suggested y an expert. It is recommended to consume it with a glass of lukewarm milk. If you don't want to drink it with milk, you can drink it with lukewarm water. Storage: Store at a cool and dry place; under ambient temperature.
